《清河赋》

盖闻天地孕灵，必毓秀水；古今毓德，乃称名川。大清河者，辽东之膏泽，营口之血脉也。其源出千峰之岫，其流溉万顷之畴，蜿蜒如龙行沃野，浩荡似练舞平川。今执笔为赋，非独摹其形胜，更欲溯其精魂。
若夫春潮初动，冰澌溶泄。两岸蒹葭方萌，一川星月共耀。渔舟唱晓之时，橹声惊起白鹭；牧笛催耕之处，泥香漫过青堤。此间老叟犹记少时，赤足踏浪采蘋，清波濯缨而歌《击壤》。夏雨骤至，则洪涛吞云，怒浪排空，俄顷复归澄明。恰似乡人脾性，刚烈能容丘壑，坦荡可鉴日月。
至若秋霜降而水愈澈，沙鸥翔集；冬雪凝而镜更平，玉壶光转。河畔有汉墓石棚，苔痕暗蚀青铜色；渡口存唐驿残碑，字迹犹带渤海风。最是动人处，乃夕照满河时：金鳞跃水，恍见薛礼征东之画角；绛霞染波，似闻高句丽戍卒之胡笳。一水千年，多少英雄淘尽；数篙点破，几度王朝兴衰。
今临河而立，但见虹桥飞跨，廛市连云。昔年摆渡之墟，已成通商之埠；旧时纤夫古道，遍植梧桐新荫。清流依旧哺育稻蟹之珍，更滋养出航天之英、翰墨之杰。河床深处，沉沙掩着辽金箭镞；堤岸侧畔，学童诵读"北斗"新篇。此水非独载舟，实乃载道——载着耿介忠勇之气，载着穷变通久之理。
赞曰：水德至柔，柔能克刚；河善就下，下乃成王。观此清河，可知故乡：其奔涌时，如赤子热血未冷；其沉淀处，有君子澄怀可量。愿后来者临河问心，莫负这一脉活水，两岸稻香。

When the spring tide started, the ice melted. The fields on both sides of the river are blooming, and the stars and moon shine together in a river. When the fishing boat sang dawn, the lark's voice aroused the heron; Where the shepherd's flute encourages cultivation, the smell of mud runs across the embankment. At this time, the old man remembers when he was a boy, walking barefoot on the waves to pick apples, and singing "Beat the Korean Peninsula." When the summer rain came, the floodwaters swallowed the clouds, the angry waves filled the air, and soon they returned to clearness. Like the temperament of a villager, he can tolerate hills and valleys with strength, and can be open to the sun and moon.

There are stone shelters of Han tombs on the banks of the river, and the moss marks darken the color of bronze. The ferry contains the remains of the Tang Dynasty, and the writings carry the breeze of the Bohai Sea. The most moving part was when the sunset filled the river: the golden scales leaped into the water and saw the east corner of Xue Lizheng. When the waves were stained with purple flowers, I felt as if I could hear the spears of the soldiers in Gaoguili. In a thousand years, many heroes have been lost; Several dynasties have fallen apart, and several have risen and fallen.
Standing on the river today, I see the Hongqiao flying across and the Pingyuan surrounded by clouds. The ruins of a ferry used to be turned into a port of commerce. In the old days, the ancient ways of the seamstress were covered in the new shade of sycamore. Qing flow still nurtures the treasures of rice and crab, and nourishes the geniuses of aerospace and the genius of painting. Deep in the riverbed, the sand covered the arrows of the Liaoning gold. On the banks of the embankment, schoolchildren recite a new chapter of "Northern Duty." This water did not carry a boat alone, but it carried a message - a message that carried Geng Kaizhong's courage and a message of perseverance and change.
We say, "Water is virtuous to softness, and softness can defeat a gonna." The good of the river descends, and thence becomes king. Looking at this clear river, you can know your homeland: when it flows, it is as cold as the blood of a red onion. There is a great deal of gentleman's commitment to its sinking. May the future generations come to the river to ask their hearts, but do not bear the burden of this line of living water, and the fragrance of rice on both sides.
